The holding of the Sessions in Seoul was decided by the 57th/58th Sessions held in Bulgaria in June, 1981, as a result of the efforts made by our government, which believes that the Seoul Sessions will help raise the international status of our country and improve the environment of our international trade.
Understanding and cooperation by the general pubic, as well as creative efforts to cooperate and make improvements on the part of the authorities concerned, are needed for international trade to keep growing steadily.
The Ministry of Communications issues this stamp to commemorate the holdind of the 63rd/64th Sessions of the Customs Cooperation Council in Seoul and also to express our hope that the Sessions will be successful.```
