Detail
`The year 1971 will be the year of the boar(Shin Hae) according to the scores of centuries old Oriental signs of the zodiac.
At the end of every year, everyone of us is filled with the hope and joy of welcoming the New Year that is dawning, at the same time feeling sorry to send the old year away.
It has been customary in our country since, long time ago to exchange New Year`s cards around this time of year among friends and relatives, far and near, wishing to each other a happy and prosperous new year and renewing and further cementing mutual friendship and good will.
One certainly is delighted and encouraged to receive New Year`s greetings from old friends and beloved ones.
The Ministry of Communications is to release two kinds of postage stamps, again this year, which will be used in sending New Year`s mail that conveys the hope and joy for the incoming year.`
