`The Ministry of Communications will issue a semi-postal stamp for the fund-raising campaign of military helicopter on February 15, which features a Taekuk-ki (national flag) design and surcharges 3 Won on the 7 Won regular stamp. North Korea has again betrayed its beast-like aggresive nature by sending armed communist agents into the south and by resorting to abominable terrorist actions, as an overture of their plan for reinvasion of the south and in a fantastic dream of eventually taking over the whole Korean peninsula under the communist rule. The communist regime in the north, apparently unaware of the death price they must pay, are up to a sinful scheme to turn this beautiful country into a scorched land, and for this guilt, they will never be able to escape from a fate of being subjected to a historical trial and to a punishment in the name of this nation. In order to smash beforehand the aggressive provocation by North Korean puppet regime and to insure peaceful living and continuing economic growth of our nation, the Government and people are urged to renew their determination to ``fight while working`` and ``work while fighting``. Taking note of this growing challenge, this Ministry urges the people to join in this fund-raising campaign to help build up nation`s self-reliant defense capability as well as to help meet any possible attack from the north.`
