Korea Post operates Post Museum as a sociocultural education center where the 120 years of history of Korea's modern postal system is exhibited along with its present and future, and the postal service of foreign countries. The museum established in Seoul in 1938 was moved in 2004 to Yuryangdong in Cheonan, where the Information and Communication Officials Training Institute is located.

The Post Museum has diverse historical data and displays postal research reports, stamp information, video data, promotion materials as well as postal data used to be kept in other government bodies. The exhibition also includes Korean stamps and postal administration data along with those of foreign countries. Cyber Post Museum is also in operation for public convenience.
